v Candidates are advised to go through the prospectus before filling the online application form

v     Candidates who are unable to submit the application online can send the filled in downloaded application

v    The candidates should keep ready details of Fee payment-Amount, DD No. Date, & Name of Bank , Educational Qualification- Marks obtained in last 3 years of the degree course, Experience if any,  while filling in the ONLINE APPLICATION before submitting the application form for obtaining a printout (hard copy) which has to be sent along with other enclosures to NPC, Chennai.

v     Application fee should be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ National Productivity Council” payable at “Chennai”

Before filling online application:

v     Please go through the prospectus

v     Have your email ID ready. Provide correct email id because all further communications will be sent to this id only.

v     Keep ready Certificates for Educational Qualification and experience

At the time of filling online application:

v     Fill online application form and click "Submit" button for registration.  You can have a preview of the application form. If any changes are to be done you can go back and make necessary changes. If all the details are correct, click “confirm” button. (After confirmation no changes can be done. However, the candidates can fill the online application afresh and submit again. The application form received with enclosures and fee will alone be accepted).

v     Take a print out of the generated online application form after successful submission of data and note down the Application Reference Number. 

After submitting online Application:

v      Sign, affix one passport size photo and attach another passport size photo along with the printed application form.

v      Enclose copies of all relevant certificates in proof of Qualification, Caste & Experience etc.  (Otherwise the application will be rejected.)

Send the printed application form through post or courier, with enclosures to reach  the following address on or before 22^th May 2008.

Applications received after the last date OR in any other format than the prescribed   OR incomplete, will be summarily rejected.  Delays in transit and applications without relevant enclosures would be rejected.

Hall Ticket will be sent by post and In all subsequent correspondence make sure that invariably you quote the registration number .
